The official show services provider for the conference is Standex. For all show services we recommend that you deal directly with them. Standex can provide exhibitors with additional furnishings for their booth as well as setup and dismantling assistance. They will be on-site during the move-in and move-out process to assist exhibitors.
Customs Brokerage, Official Carrier and Advance Storage
The official customs broker and carrier for the conference is Dolbec International Inc. For all your customs, shipping and advance storage needs, we recommend that you deal directly with them. They will assist exhibitors in the completion of the necessary customs documents and help facilitate the movement of your exhibition material with Canadian customs. All shipping, receiving, and packing cases of display materials are the responsibility of the exhibitor and shipping company. Advance storage beginning 30 days in advance of the conference will be handled by Dolbec International Inc. There is no advance storage onsite at the Québec City Convention Centre.
All materials must be properly labeled and identifiable.

Material Handling and Onsite Storage
Exhibitor material handling and onsite storage will be handled by the Québec City Convention Centre. Freight can be shipped to the facility and accepted only as of Friday, October 14, 2016 and will be stored onsite and handled by the Québec City Convention Centre staff at additional fees. Any freight remaining on the show floor after the teardown will be forced-freight by the official carrier and the exhibitor’s expense. All materials must be properly labeled and identifiable.
